Your enquiry. Your information.
We care about your privacy. Here is how this website handles your information and what is stored in your browser.
Who is responsible for your information?
Linda Heed, Stall Heed, is responsible for processing personal information sent through the website’s contact form. For privacy questions and requests, use the contact form and select Other.
When you contact us
We process the name, email address, topic, language, and message you provide. These details let us answer your enquiry and follow up with you. The form cannot be submitted without its required information. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
For booking or partnership enquiries, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other questions, it is our legitimate interest in answering and managing enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Your details are not added to newsletters or marketing lists. We do not make automated decisions about you or create visitor profiles.
Recipients and retention
Your message is sent to the contact person who handles Linda’s enquiries. Hosting, WordPress, and email providers process information to deliver the website and your message. The form does not create a separate message database. Messages remain in the recipient’s email while needed to handle or follow up the enquiry. Information required by law is kept in line with that obligation. You can ask what information is retained and request deletion.
Technology and security
Hosting providers may process network addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and technical browser information in security and operational logs. This serves our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. To limit form abuse, a hashed network identifier is used when the hosting environment provides a network address. It supports temporary rate limits, not marketing.
Images, video, and fonts load from this website or its media provider. Social media and partner websites are ordinary links; no social feeds or advertising tools are embedded. If you follow an external link, the destination’s privacy policy applies.
Cookies and your choice
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent to those features. When you choose to close the privacy notice, your choice is saved in an essential first-party cookie. Reopen the information using Cookies & privacy on any page. If optional cookies are introduced, you must first be able to accept or reject them equally easily and later withdraw consent.
You can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, you can still read the website and use the contact form, but the privacy notice may appear again.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, and restriction of processing of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the law provides for it, you can request that information be transferred to you or another recipient. These rights apply subject to GDPR’s conditions and exceptions. We normally respond to a request within one month.
If you believe your information is handled incorrectly, you can complain to Sweden’s Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live or work.
